About the role
BIOS Technologies is seeking a motivated IT Solutions Engineer to play an integral part in the delivery of an exceptional service experience to our client base.
The qualified applicant should have the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment while interacting professionally with clients and team members. The IT Solutions Engineer is essential in delivering new solutions and stability to our client’s environments. Detailed QA of all tasks, vision for process improvement, clear and timely client and internal communication, managing client expectations, and delivering an exceptional client experience are critical components of the role. Successful IT Solution Engineers are detail-oriented and thrive on teamwork.
- Contribute to BIOS’ vision and direction
- Provide outstanding delivery of technical solutions
- Maintain industry expertise through continuous learning
- Microsoft Windows Server experience
- Hyper-V and VMware working knowledge
- Azure and Microsoft 365 experience
- Strong IT Networking skills
- Detailed understanding of Active Directory
- Comfortable managing firewalls and wireless technology
- Communication with clients to set and manage expectations
About you
- Minimum 3 years of IT delivery and support related experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills including active listening, and client-care skills
- Enjoy learning and teaching others about technology
- Curious and detail-oriented nature
- Exceptional people and problem-solving skills
- Positive attitude and desire to be part of a winning team
Bonus points for:
- Familiarity with Kaseya VSA, BMS, and IT Glue
- Professional IT certifications
- Experience at a high-growth technology company
- Experience in delivering high quality and innovative solutions
